The apex decision making body of the Pan African Chamber of Culture, Trade and Investment is the Board of Directors. The Board functions as a fiduciary, acting on behalf of the organization and its members. They make decisions on all issues particularly in facilitating policies and hiring and firing senior executives. In addition to making high-level decisions, the Board also assists the chamber by ensuring access to necessary resources, supporting executives in their duties and aiding the organization to set up broad goals, establish and manage several committees that are specifically dedicated to decision-making processes.
