Dr. Tunji is currently the Nigerian Representative to the 3rd Permanent General Assembly of the African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council (AU-ECOSOCC) and Chairperson Emeritus, Social Affairs & Health Cluster Committee. He is the Vice-Chairman, African School of Diplomacy and International Relations; Fellow, International Institute of Management Consultant and Full Member, Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management. Dr. Tunji Asaolu was appointed in May 2018 as a Member, African Union Labour Migration Advisory Committee. In private business, he is the Senior Consultant - Sheptas Global Resources Limited since 2010, and Director, International Relations & Economic Affairs - Ukraine Chambers of Friendship, Culture and Commerce between 2011 and 2013. He obtained Honour Certificate in SOCIAL JUSTICE from Harvard University in 2014 and Certificate in International Law from International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany in 2019.
