The Chamber Advisory Governing Council is appointed as an advisory body for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. The Advisory Governing Council is chaired by Dr. Ishaq Usman Bello and deputized by Rt. Hon. Mohammed UmaruBago. The Council is a crucial and necessary voice of the organization. Every input from the council helps to reinvigorate and strengthen the Chamber, and allow for further growth of advocacy efforts.

The Advisory Governing Council is Consulted on the Chambers development of plans, programs and strategies that encourage the expansion and strengthening of existing businesses and commercial enterprises in Africa, consistent with the best interests of members and conforming to the Chamber objectives.
